Your home feed holds the real trips and routes you want to remember — permanent posts from people who were actually there. Alongside it, Fading Memories gives you a place for the moment itself: posts that live for a window you choose and then disappear, so there's always something current to see even between big trips.
That same idea extends to the rest of the product — travelers today piece a trip together across a search engine, a group chat, a booking site, and a photo app. We think that's a design failure, not an inevitability, so discovery, planning, and booking a verified host all happen in the same loop instead of four.

Privacy is a default, not a setting
End-to-end encrypted messaging and ephemeral-by-default content aren't premium features — they're how the product ships.
Verify continuously, not as a gate
Checking every host before they can list doesn't hold up at scale. Instead, hosts go live immediately and earn a verified badge as review completes — trust is layered on, not a bottleneck.
Build for the empty state
A new user or a quiet destination should never hit a dead screen. If real content is thin, the product still has something useful to show.

We're a lean team, which means the people building the product are the same people talking to hosts and travelers using it today.
